Responsible Care is an initiative by the chemical industry. Day in and day out for more than 20 years, it has been a driving force behind encouraging the chemical industry to live up to its responsibility when it comes to the environment, safety and health.Since 2007, the goals of Responsible Care have been integral elements of our corporate philosophy. Our occupational health and safety, environmental protection and product management standards are among the highest in the industry. Our commitment to the sustainable use of resources extends to advising our customers when it comes time to dispose of our products and their packaging. What’s more, our contract manufacturers – both in Germany and around the world – are also included in our focus on Responsible Care processes.
