REACH

Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH Regulation) is a set of EU chemical regulations that took effect on June 1, 2007. REACH stands for the registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemicals. As an EU regulation, REACH is equally applicable in all EU member states.

According to REACH, manufacturers, importers and downstream users must register the chemicals they use and are responsible for their safe application. These measures aim to ensure a constant level of protection for human health and the environment.

Metall-Chemie GmbH & Co. KG is committed to its responsibility. We ensure that potential product risks and risks associated with their use are transparent for our customers by investigating and stating them clearly. In cooperation with professional partners, we take all steps necessary to evaluate and register our products.

In 2013, we registered two of our main products, the TC® product line and ASCplus®. As a result, Metall-Chemie GmbH & Co. KG can guarantee its customers that the use of these products will continue to fulfill all legal requirements in the future, ensuring the availability of the additives in the long term.
